In an effort to make dental care affordable we are IN-Network with most insurance providers. We also partnered with several 3rd party companies to provide financing options.
We could tell you about our patients' excellent care, but we know that they can do a much better job.
We are constantly looking for the newest forms of treatments and technology that will aid in providing our patient family with the best possible dental care.
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. Please arrive on time to all appointments. If you must reschedule, we request a 24 hours notice. This is an important courtesy to other patients and our staff. Failure to comply with recommended treatment schedules may prevent us from achieving your healthcare goals. Missing two or more appointments without notifying us 24 hours in advance may result in a $50.00 fee or dismissal from our practice. Please note, if you dismiss yourself voluntarily at any point, we will no longer render care, effective at dismissal time. If we dismiss a patient from our practice, we always offer emergency care for 30 days following notification so to allow time for the person to find another dental provider.
